Technical Partner Trainer

Are you experienced in teaching software and do you get your energy from seeing others succeed? For a new position, Hesehus is currently looking for an experienced and talented Technical Partner Trainer, who will play a key role in building up Bizzkit’s international partner channel. You will be responsible for developing Bizzkit’s certification programme and function as the technical peer for our partners. Bizzkit is the name of Hesehus’ software business, who is currently expanding internationally.   

What are we offering?

Bizzkit has achieved a position as one of the three most widely used e-commerce platforms among the biggest companies in Denmark. We want to achieve that same position internationally, and therefore we recently started our journey by entering the Swedish market. By now, we have al ready signed several partner contracts, and therefore we need a Technical Partner Trainer to drive successful partnerships, and not least to make sure that the partners are comfortable with our platform products.  

As our new Technical Partner Trainer, you will become part of a very international team, where we communicate in English daily. The team has employees from all over the world including Holland, Sweden, Brazil, Greece and Denmark. For now, the team covers 14 dedicated and talented employees ranging from software development to product management, sales and marketing. As a way of integrating our international employees, we offer free Danish lessons inhouse. All employees are situated in Odense except our Country Manager, who is working from our local office in Göteborg.  

Concurrently with Bizzkit’s expansion internationally, you must expect a rapid growth in the size of the team. You have to be prepared for travel activity for periods of time, probably around 30-50 days a year, mostly to Malmö and Göteborg at least for now.

Your primary tasks:

  • Keep track on the architecture, workflow and development of the platform products.  
  • Function as technical peer on Bizzkit’s solution partners worldwide, however, at first, in Sweden. 
  • Participate in meetings with new potential solution partners.  
  • Develop and facilitate product training workshops for new solution partners.  
  • Make sure that Bizzkit’s processes are modified accordingly to the knowledge that you bring home from partner meetings. 
  • Act as advisor for 1st level supporters. 
  • Develop and facilitate certification programmes for solutions partners. 
  • Teach the partner’s customers in Bizzkit’s products to the extend necessary.  

Who are you?  

We expect that you have a higher education within IT, preferably you hold a masters, but experience can make up for this. You have several years of experience from a similar position, where you are used to navigate in a partner setup, and where you have been responsible for training partners in complex software solutions.   

We expect you to have knowledge of the whole Microsoft stack; .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core and that you generally are familiar with software processes. If you have a background as a developer or architect, it will be considered a plus. 

As a person, you are quality conscious, you work in a structured manner and you have experience organizing a day with a broad range of tasks and dealing with many stakeholders. You are service minded and good with people. You get energy from teaching and enjoy sharing your knowledge and seeing others succeed. You speak and write English fluently, and are comfortable communicating in English daily.
